Yes, we offer delivery as part of our services. Simply enter your address at checkout, and our system will provide you with all available fulfillment options.
On occasion, we also delivery to Victoria and may be able to accommodate large orders. Contact us if you have any further questions about delivery.

For cakes on our website, we typically require 2 days (more is always appreciated). For special orders, we will typically require at least 7 days. Generally, if you go to the checkout page, you will be able to see our earliest delivery date.

Yes, we operate out of a fully VIHA (Vancouver Island Health Authority) approved kitchen.

We typically deliver between 11AM and 2PM daily. Sometimes these times might vary.

Yes, if you’d rather arrange for a pick up, you can do so free of charge and pick up your pre-ordered baking between 11AM and 1PM, unless otherwise discussed.

We can offer some customization for our cakes and treats. We are happy to experiment with new cake flavours and recipes to accommodate special requests. If you have something specific in mind, please contact us with your request and ideally include an image and as much detail as possible. We will then get back to you with some options.

We do not have a storefront so all cakes are baked to order. If you have forgotten someone’s birthday or your 40th wedding anniversary and really need a cake for the same day, please contact us before 12pm and we may be able to accommodate your request. Same day orders will be ready by 5pm and additional fees will apply.

Absolutely! We are always happy to speak to you about your needs. Some services include client gifts, staff birthday cakes, complimentary refreshments, and many more. Please contact us with any questions, needs, and ideas. We’d love to hear from you.

Not here one month? No problem.
After three months of being a subscriber, you can suspend your subscription for up to one month a calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31). To do so, please contact us before that months order cut off date.

The subscription term for our Cookie Club is one month. You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle.

Yes, we are happy to cater to many dietary restrictions and can offer many of our cakes as a gluten-free option and offer a rotating selection of plant-based cakes and treats throughout the year. Please contact us if you have a specific dietary restriction or food allergy.
Please note: While we offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan products, we are not a gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan kitchen. Although we use our utmost care and diligence to avoid cross-contamination we are unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.
